Vehicle Processing Specialist | Full-Time
Initial responsibilities will be to provide exceptional customer service, accurately identifying vehicles, providing basic security and moving vehicles to the appropriate locations. Over time additional responsibilities may include checking vehicles in and out of our inventory system, identifying and documenting vehicle damage accurately, photographing vehicles and other responsibilities as needed. Daily responsibilities would be dependent on job assignment once skills are developed. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be detail oriented. There is no prior mechanical training required, knowledge of or interest in cars is beneficial. This job will require you to stand for extended periods of time in an outdoor setting and be comfortable getting in and out of vehicles many times throughout the day.
Lot Crew | Full-Time
DAA Seattle is looking for someone to assist us in organizing 600+ units each week. The job will include tracking, locating, moving and marking vehicles. You will be working on a team to accomplish the weekly goal of having all vehicles in the correct place and ready before the sale starts each Friday morning. We prefer candidates to be able to drive a manual transmission, and have the ability to stand for the majority of their shift.
Detail Production | Full-Time
DAA Seattle is currently recruiting flexible, responsible, hardworking individuals for the position of Detail Production. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work as part of a team in an assembly line environment.
Detail Quality Control | Full-Time
DAA Seattle is looking for a person to join our detail team as Quality Control. The ideal candidate will have detail experience, be detail oriented, have strong communication skills and the drive to take a leadership role. The position is responsible for inspecting the vehicles prior to them leaving the detail shop to ensure they meet our standards. The person who fills this roll will also be expected to help other members of the detail team to complete the tasks at hand and provide feedback to employees when vehicle quality standards are not met and vehicles need reprocessing.
Upper Block Clerk | Part-Time
This position is responsible for quickly and accurately recording bids and bidder numbers for the auctioneer during the sale. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, work well and stay calm under pressure in a loud environment and be comfortable working with computers. Because of the unique nature of this position detailed training is provided. This position is one day a week on Fridays with a start time of 8:30 AM till the auction is done which is generally by 1:00 PM. A valid driver’s license and a three year driving abstract will be required for this position.
Lower Block Clerk | Part-Time
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while having our buyers sign for the purchase of their vehicles, making sure they are aware of their post-sale inspection options and ordering those inspections as they are requested in the computer system. The successful candidate will have customer service experience, be comfortable communicating in a loud environment and be comfortable working with computers. Because of the unique nature of this position detailed training is provided. This position is one day a week on Fridays with a start time of 8:30 AM till the auction is done which is generally by 1:00 PM. A valid driver’s license and a three year driving abstract will be required for this position.
Sale Day Drivers | Part-Time
This position is responsible for safely operating vehicles in support of Sale Day events. This includes driving assigned vehicles through the auction lanes as well as moving and parking vehicles on auction property. Although the driving distance isn’t long, the hazards of driving in close proximity to people and other vehicles requires focus and the ability to follow safety rules. A valid driver’s license and a three year driving abstract will be required for this position.
Marketing Assistant | Part-Time
DAA Seattle is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team part-time. A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and strong customer service skills are required for this position. The marketing assistant will work with our Marketing team producing flyers, signs and other marketing materials utilizing established layouts. Other responsibilities will include tracking and maintaining marketing inventory, coordinating and attending dealer events, coordinating catering and other tasks as needed for promotional purposes. This position does require driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle to pick up some supplies on a weekly basis. A valid driver’s license is required.

All employees age 18 years and older are eligible to participate after one year and 1,000 hours of employment. Employees are allowed to contribute from 1 to 100% gross salary. DAA will match dollar for dollar up to 4%.
