FULL-TIME POSITIONS

Listing Representative | Full-Time
THIS POSITION IS BASED OUT OF EVERETT, WA: Our Listing Reps are responsible for providing outstanding customer service by conducting vehicle inspections and completing vehicle condition reports on-site at our customers’ dealerships. The inspection and reporting process includes taking multiple photos of each vehicle to assess the overall condition of the vehicle and identify any damage. Reports are submitted electronically using a company-issued smartphone. Our reps will also build, enhance and nurture customer relationships to maintain customer loyalty and increase the volume of vehicle inspections ordered. This is a field-based position and is performed mostly outside in all weather conditions. Daily travel to and from franchise and independent dealerships is required in order to complete the condition reporting process. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn to join our growing field team. Successful candidates will have reliable transportation, be punctual, dependable and possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills. Previous auto body, paint or mechanical knowledge is preferred. A background check, as permitted by law, a valid driver’s license and a clean three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.
