Marketing Assistant | Part-Time
DAA Seattle is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team part-time. A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and strong customer service skills are required for this position. The marketing assistant will work with our Marketing team producing flyers, signs and other marketing materials utilizing established layouts. Other responsibilities will include tracking and maintaining marketing inventory, coordinating and attending dealer events, coordinating catering and other tasks as needed for promotional purposes. This position does require driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle to pick up some supplies on a weekly basis. A valid driver’s license is required.

Check-In Clerk | Full-Time
The primary function of this position is to accurately and quickly check vehicles into the auction inventory system using a mobile device. Check-in personnel are also responsible for operating the gate and ensuring that any vehicle exiting through the gate is properly checked out. This job will require you to stand for extended periods of time in an outdoor setting and be comfortable getting in and out of vehicles many times throughout the day. Hourly rate will be determined by experience and qualifications.

Medical/Dental/Life Insurance
Our comprehensive package includes medical, dental and life insurance with the employee’s premium paid by DAA. Regular full-time employees (working 30 hours a week or more) are eligible to participate.

401(k) Retirement Plan
All employees age 18 years and older are eligible to participate after one year and 1,000 hours of employment. Employees are allowed to contribute from 1 to 100% gross salary. DAA will match dollar for dollar up to 4%.
